Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after processing has started.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed and approved only if production or dispatch has not started.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only in genuine cases where advance payment was received, but service or product could not be delivered due to unforeseen technical or logistic reasons.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
No refund will be applicable once the product or equipment has been dispatched or service has been initiated.
